This is a tasty elixir that we make seasonally with our fresh farm grown elderberries, hibiscus, mullein leaf, and ginger root with the addition of wildcrafted spruce tips and reishi mushroom. This is an alcohol based extract with just a nip of honey added to it. 

SUGGESTED USAGE: Take approximately 1-2 droppersful (1-2mL) 1-2 times daily. Can increase usage to every 3 hours as needed.
