Hydrosols, often referred to as floral waters, are the gentle aromatic waters that are achieved from slowly distilling plant material. Many distillers describe them as being the byproduct of making essential oils but we consider essential oils the byproduct of making hydrosols.
We make all of our hydrosols in small batches using an alembic copper still, purified Oregon spring water, and organically grown and/or ethically wildcrafted fresh botanicals. Because of this, many of these offerings are limited and seasonal but made with the utmost care and intention.
