I initially fell in love with olive trees when I visited an olive farm for the first time as a kid and then again when I spent time in Italy and Greece as an adult. I never in my wildest dreams thought that I would see them growing on the Oregon Coast, but surprise! I met a kindred spirit who also likes to try to grow things that everyone else says not to bother with in our climate. He has a small grove that is fruiting and thriving. He also gifted me my very own olive tree and a large amount of fresh leaves from his trees to make extract with. Am I dreaming??

Olive Leaf has been used medicinally for thousands of years and is said to support the liver (you’ll notice its bitter flavor even with the glycerin), the cardiovascular system, the digestive system, and acts as a rapid immune system stimulant.

I have a limited amount of this extract available in both alcohol and glycerin. Once it's gone I don't know if and/or when I'll be able to restock it. No fear mongering, just the truth. It's one of the downsides but also such a beautiful part of being a small batch maker.
