Why Glycerin?

You may notice that most of our tinctures are non-alcoholic. Always striving for inclusivity, we've made this a priority. Whether not consuming alcohol is for medical, religious, or personal reasons, we don't want that to get in the way of our community having access to high quality & potent plant medicine. We use organic glycerin derived from flax. It's vegan as well as soy, palm, corn, and gluten free. The glycerin we use has a subtle sweetness but contains zero added sugar and is generally considered safe for diabetics and children (depending on the herb).

For the few tinctures that do contain alcohol, we use organic cane spirits distilled right here in Oregon.
