Our extract is double-fold, meaning we use twice as many vanilla beans for a more concentrated (double strength) extract and we allow our beans to soak for a minimum of 12 months before bottling.

As a baker, this is my favorite option for a deeper level of flavor that you can't get by simply doubling the amount of regular extract in a recipe. You can also make this extract last a little longer by using less than what your favorite recipes call for while still achieving great flavor with a quality ingredient.

We use vanilla beans organically grown by a small family in sacred Waipio Valley, on the Big Island of Hawaii. They climb bamboo ladders and hand pollinate every single orchid by hand & then sun cure the beans. The beans are gorgeous and show off some of the most beautiful vanillin crystals we've ever seen - a sign of excellent quality.

The vodka is quadruple distilled, made from organic sugar cane, and is done in small batches at a distillery just a few hours from us where the redwoods overlook the fresh waters of the Pacific.
