Nettle Tincture (Alcohol-Free)

Nettle is a powerhouse herb loaded with vitamins, minerals, and protein. In particular it is high in: selenium, vitamins A, C, D, K, & B, potassium, phosphorus, iron, sulphur, zinc, chlorophyll, chromium, boron, & calcium.

We take it daily to help our hair, skin, nails, and bones. During those pesky pollen filled times of the year, we like to double our dosage to help keep the sniffles and watery eyes at bay.

SUGGESTED USAGE: As a dietary supplement, take approximately 1 dropperful (1mL) 1-2 times daily. Can be taken directly or added to beverage of choice.
